As set by Utah legislation, we charge $2.50 per mile from the court of issuance to the address
where the paperwork is being delivered.
If the court is outside of Utah County we start the mileage from the District courthouse in the county delivered.
There is a minimum mileage fee of $10.00. If we have to go to multiple addresses, we will charge for the additional
mileage to the other addresses we attempt.
Unlike some process-serving entities, we will only charge for 1 mileage fee (per address), for a reasonable number of attempts.
Contract Policing and Armed Security
Contract Policing: $40 an hour per officer.
Guardian officers $40 an hour per officer.
All officer services under contract will be negotiated with the organization and determine the needs of the organization before pricing is
set.

Research:
We provide extended research for clients for a small fee. We use some of our resources as law enforcement officers,
to track down individuals that need to be served. We use some pay-per-search websites that have current and past information;
such as addresses, phone numbers, aliases, and places of employment.
We do a limited amount of research for free on individuals who have moved.

Special / Rush Service:
We charge an additional $30 for rush service. With rush service, we attempt to provide more intense service.
This could be numerous attempts per day, service at a particular place, time of day, or day of the week, drop what
we are doing, pick up the paperwork, and serve it. However, with special service, we always attempt service at least
once a day.
With some specials, there is an additional cost involved with time. If we have to spend time in court, do
a stakeout, remove property, etc.
Number of Entities Served:
We charge a service fee for each entity being served, but usually only one mileage. Times where we charge multiple
mileages would be cases where the entities have different addresses, the entities need to be served personally and we
catch them on separate attempts, and if there are multiple case numbers.
Additional Copies:
In order to cover our costs we charge $0.50 per page copied, so make sure you have a copy of your
paperwork for each entity being served
Certified Mailing:
We do serve by certified mailing. If you have paperwork that needs to be delivered out of state
we can provide this service for you.
Time:
We currently charge $50.00 per hour for an officer's time (per officer).
Out Of State:
Due to the extra work involved with out-of-state papers, we charge a minimum of $75.00.
Returned Check Fee:
We charge $25.00 for checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds.
Credit Card Handling Fee:
To cover fees charged by the bank for using credit cards,
we charge $2.00 for the first $25.00, and an additional $1.00 for each $25.00 increment.
